China’s online shopping platforms recently launched a new function to protect recipients’ information. Once the customers on this function, the customer MP number will be automatically hidden causing the warehouse staff unable to claim the parcels for the customers.
Based on the automatic parcel claiming service, the customer will be automatically informed of the parcel’s arrival according to the MP number. MyPoz will change the format of the warehouse address. Kindly “Login> Warehouse address” to view the new format, and copy it to the online shopping platforms.
Additionally, the warehouse staff claimed that some customers will send wrongly to the old warehouse causing a failure in receiving the parcel. MyPoz urges customers to confirm the correct warehouse filled in the shopping platform before making payment.
Guangzhou warehouse left only 11 daysto CNY holiday. At present, the despatch of air and sea shipments is still available. Please make payment as soon as possible to arrange for despatch before CNY.
