UPDATE: 28/2/2023 10:00 AM
Dear Valued Customers:
The upcoming March 15th is the International Consumer Rights Day. The Chinese government will take anti-counterfeiting actions and prohibit the export of counterfeit goods to protect intellectual property rights.
China Customs will continue to strengthen the supervision of counterfeit goods exported to overseas, including Malaysia, in all air and sea freight channels. Under this action, if the customer’s goods are found to be infringing, they will be on hold and the customer will be fined. In serious cases, they may need to bear the legal responsible.
MyPoz urges customers to avoid buying any branded or counterfeit goods in March to reduce the risk of customs inspection. Please confirm with the customer service if you are uncertain of the goods classification before delivery, otherwise all consequences will be borne by the customer.
