MyPoz’s users will experience system downtime for 8 hours due to scheduled maintenance and upgrade of the server on May 18th (Thurs) from 12 am to 8 am, estimated recover at 8 am or earlier.
The customer service/ warehouse/ customer order information will not be affected, while the website is down for system maintenance and upgrade. During this time, all the services on the MyPoz website will be unavailable, including adding parcels, submitting orders, checking logistic updates, reloading payments, currency exchange, and so on.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will inform all the users if there are any latest updates.
