Recently, fraud syndicates used different methods to scam people. In response, MyPoz has upgraded the system security regularly to provide customers with a safer online transaction environment.
MyPoz reminds all users to take note of the followings before making orders and doing transactions:
1. Make an order – Kindly make an order via MyPoz system by selecting the desired RMB exchange service in “Alipay Exchange” and submitting the required information.
*Note: Please ensure all the payee information is correct before submitting the order. If the users wanted to modify the payee information after submission, they were required to resubmit the order. Otherwise, no modification is allowed. The Alipay customer service will try to process the order based on new info.
2. Transferring Malaysian Ringgit - MyPoz only uses the company's Public Bank, Maybank, Duitnow and Touch ‘n Go accounts to receive payments. Please ensure that the account’s name is MYPOST ONLINE SDN BHD before transferring money.

*Note: If you receive any messages via WhatsApp/email/SMS requesting you to transfer money to another private account, it is a scam.
MyPoz also urges all users that once they find anything suspicious when making an order or transferring money, kindly contact our Alipay customer service for verification as soon as possible to avoid any financial losses.
