Notes before reload online:
- Before making payment for shipping fee, please make sure you have sufficient amount in your account.
- Insufficient amount will cause payment failed and the system will automatically email you about the details.
- Steps: Finance center>> Account balance and top up
- Online or offline reload amount must be more than RM 10
How many ways to reload online?
MYPOZ provides 2 types of online reload methods:
- Online Banking
- After key in the amount to reload, the page will load to Razer Merchant Services Online Payment webpage
- Choose "card"/ "online banking" to reload
- E-wallet (WeChat/ Presto/ Boost…)
- After key in the amount to reload, the page will load to Revenue Monster E-wallet webpage
- Choose your favourite payment method

How to use MYPOZ account balance to pay?
- After the reload is completed, you may use the account balance to make payment
- Please note that the password will be the login password, you may go to “My Account”>> Personal Information to amend
What is the processing time of online reload service?
Reload will be done within 30 minutes, because it is connected with third party transaction platform, normal processing time will be 1-30 minutes.
