What is weight throw?
- Words that can only be used for overseas online shopping when the volume of shipment is large and might occupy space, the volume weight will be calculated.
- The shipping fee will be calculated according to the volume weight or actual weight, depends on which shipping channel is used.
- The weight throw can be divided into full, half, and free throw.

How to reduce the volume weight of the shipment?
- Choose to demolish the inner/outer packaging service
Some of the sellers will use a bigger box to pack the shipment which caused the volume weight is heavier than the actual weight. Under this circumstance, the customers can request to demolish the inner/ outer package to let the warehouse staff repackage and reduce the volume weight.
Fee: Demolish inner packaging- RM 1; demolish outer packaging- RM 1.50
- Choose vacuum packaging
Some of the volumes of shipments are large but the weight is light, and at last, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the volume weight. For example: pillow, plush toy, blanket, and so on. Under this circumstance, the customers can choose the exclusive service introduced by MYPOZ lately. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the volume weight/ actual weight of the vacuumed shipment (depends on the shipping channels).
