1:Under what circumstances will the parcel be destroyed?
The parcel will be destroyed if it has been inbound for more than 45 days, the customer will no longer be able to claim or submit order afterward.
2:What is expired parcel? How to calculate the storage fee of expired parcel?
MYPOZ provides 30 days free storage service, if it has inbound for more than 30 days will become expired parcel, and charged RM 1 or above of expiry/ storage fee.
3:How to avoid being charged expiry/ storage fees?
- Use MYPOZ APP/ Google extension to add the parcel
- Try to use these two shortcut keys to add the parcel, because they are time-saving as the parcel info will be automatically imported into MYPOZ system.
- Place an order ASAP
- Customers are encouraged to place an order once the parcel is arrived at the warehouse or always be alert on the storage time of the parcel and submit for delivery once it approaches 30 days to avoid being charged expiry/ storage fees.
4:How to check for the parcel info that has been destroyed? Is there any inquiry fee?
Any inquiry about the info of expired parcel/ shipment, please submit the application and inquiry fee.

- RM 10.00 inquiry fee
- 3-5kg/ large carton
- RM 15.00 inquiry fee
