1. Is it possible that the weight after packing is different from the actual weight?
Yes, because at last the shipping fee may be calculated according to the volumetric weight. If the customers found out that the weight after packing is different from the actual weight, probably is because of the weight throw, the calculation method is different depends on the shipping channels:

2. What to do if the weight after packing and its actual weight is too different?
- You can choose to verify from the warehouse about the inbound weight or volumetric weight, the service charge is RM 5/ parcel. Normally the verification will be done on the same day if the inquiry received before 5 pm, or else, it will be processed in the next day.
- If it is confirmed to be the warehouse problem, it will be free of charge
- Please provide the parcel no. to the customer service for verification
3. Can oversea parcels (countries other than China) request for verification of weight? What to do?
Only if the oversea parcels arrived in Malaysia, the verification of weight can be done. You have to provide the following to our customer service:
- MP no.
- Country
- Parcel no.
Note: Taiwan direct shipping/ Japan/ Thailand shipping are direct shipping, unable to undergo verification of weight.
