Why can't I add a package?
Because your package has been claimed by another customer. So you cannot add a package.
Why was it claimed?
Situation 1:
The customer has registered multiple Mypoz accounts, please try to check whether your recipient's code is consistent with your login account.
Situation 2:
Sometimes the seller will see that two buyers use the same address, they will put the goods of the two orders together and mail it out. For this, your package may be mixed with other people’s packages. Don’t worry, we will do it for you. Check and separate the package for you, when this kind of thing happens.
How to resolve it ?
Please inform the customer service directly, your parcel number and provide a screenshot of the relevant package receipt information, the picture needs to indicate your customer number. To ensure that your customer number of the parcel number is correct.
We will verified for you within 1 working day. If it is your package, it will be directly transferred to your account, and the information will be notified to you. If it is not your package, our company will also provide you with evidence, or coordinate with you to verify the package‘s owner.
