Note for Korea Air Freight
* If the parcel does not indicate the MP number, USD 5 will be charged as the fee for finding the parcel.
* If cannot provide us any effective message, maybe cannot verify the parcel. (Investigation period will be 15 days only. Overdue will be considered as not received by local warehouse and we will not bear for any compensation)
* The rest of the goods depend on the volume of transportation. Product photos and details also need to be provided by the customer so that customer service can verify the correct shipping channel with the airline.
Delivery Guide
（1）After the goods are received by the Malaysia warehouse, the parcel will be updated inbound within 5 working days, and the shipping fee will be provided within 24 working hours after the order is placed. (Does not include any uncontrollable factors)
（2）According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, the actual weight collected is based on the “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher, the volume weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= Volume
（3）The minimum shipment for Korea general cargo & sensitive cargo is 1kg, large quantities of sensitive goods need to ship by Special Sensitive Channel
*Some goods need to see the amount of transportation and determine which channel to use for transportation, detailed also need the customer to provide product photos and inform the amount of transportation, so that customer service can verify the correct transportation channel with the airline
（4）If the customer does not confirm the details of commodity transportation, please consult our overseas customer service first to confirm the correct channel of transportation. If the customer’s parcel in customs clearance leads to the loss or detention of the parcel, our company will not be responsible for it.
（5）Customers are advised to purchase insurance for the parcel,if any accident happened, it can been fully compensated, compensation for any damages will depend on the degree of damage. The maximum compensation for individual order is RM50,000. If no insurance is purchased, the maximum compensation under the regulations is RM100.

*Pick-up service is limited to Seoul Area, and is limited to 25kg and the parcel size is 30*40*50.
*This pick-up service requires a minimum of 5 boxes. If the quantity is less than 5 boxes, the customer is advised to send the goods to the warehouse.
