Delay compensation is for the shipment that have been received after the normal delivery time. A delayed compensation application must be submitted within 24 hours after receiving, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
1. Receipt Form-Prove that the goods have been signed for receipt, and indicate the date of receipt.

3. Number of days that have been delayed
4. Refund method- MYPOZ account-after the application is successful, the refund will be received within 7 working days.
