- The customer have to choose the China to China channel to send back the shipments to the seller/ supplier.
- The working steps and shipping fee is as below:
Step 1: Add parcel
Step 2: Fill up the seller's recipient details in Chinese during order submission> Choose air freight channel (China to China)
Step 3: Make payment when the shipping fee is shown
*Once the payment is made, the warehouse staff will leave a comment of waybill transit no. within 1-3 working days
**China to China channel is calculated either based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, depends on the bigger value
The minimum shipping is 3kg- RM 15; consecutive 1kg- RM 2
For example:
The weight is 5kg
=RM15 (First 3kg）+RM2 (Consecutive 1kg) +RM2 (Consecutive 1kg)
=RM19
