MYPOZ has launched a new service- auto parcel claiming service to let the customers receive the notification instantly after the parcel has been inbound, and no longer worry about forgetting to add the parcel.
The purpose of this service is to reduce the loss of customers because the number of parcels that are missed by the customers or expired every year is around 3% of the total parcels. MYPOZ hopes to reduce this number through the launching of new service and provide the customers with a more convenient service.
During the trial period, this would be a free service and will be converted to a paid service in November. However, the customer will not be charged any fees if it is inbound within 5 days, and the parcel will be charged if it is added 5 days later, so as to remind customers of the missing parcel. As for the charges, please consult the customer service for more details.
