Every year-end is the peak season of overseas shopping and Christmas. The phenomenon of port congestion always occurs in conjunction with the increase in export in China which is expected to cause most of the shipment dates to be delayed about 7-10 working days.
In addition, the customs will conduct customs inspections more frequently during this period to crack down on the smuggling of cigarettes, alcohol, firecrackers, etc. All the customers must declare the name and value of goods honestly, and ban from shipping prohibited items such as batteries, flammable and explosive items, weapons, and so on. Please consult our customer service if you are uncertain about the classification of goods.
The port congestion and customs inspection are expected to extend the entire customs clearance process by one month. You are advised to use the air freight channel to ship urgent items and probably will receive them within 7 working days under normal conditions. For shipping via sea freight channel, you are recommended to arrange for delivery one month in advance.
Please be assured that our customer service will update the logistics information from time to time if there is any port congestion or customs inspection. Both are uncontrollable factors and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
