Starting Nov 1 (Monday), Mypoz has stopped the automatic priority parcel claiming service. In October, there was a free trial for all Mypoz customers. Once the parcel has inbound, the warehouse staff will scan and add the parcel to the corresponding MP account, and inform the customers.
Recently, Mypoz has received the request of some customers to add the parcels by themselves, and hence, the management decided to stop this service and changed it to parcel inbound and claiming by default.
However, if you are doing e-commerce or always forget to add parcels, you are recommended to use priority claiming service. The differences between parcel claiming by default and priority claiming service are:
