Dear Valued Customers:
Due to the peak season of shopping and upcoming Christmas, the global port congestion situation is getting worse. Since Monday, Port Klang has occurred severe post congestion. Please be prepared for the shipment delay.
The port congestion caused the cargo ship to wait for 3 to 5 days or more for customs clearance once arriving at the port which would delay shipment delivery after the customs clearance.
Mypoz urged all the customers to deliver urgent items through the air freight channel to receive goods within 7 working days under normal circumstances. As for the customers who need to use sea freight, please arrange the shipment one month in advance to receive the goods within the estimated time.
Please be noted that our customer service will update the logistics information if there is any news of port congestion or customs inspection.
