MYPOZ provides direct shipping from Taiwan to West and East Malaysia.

Note for Taiwan Air Freight

*The overseas customer service will update inbound within 2 working days after the parcel arrived at the warehouse.

*The shipping fee will be provided within 24 hours once the parcel has updated inbound.

*After the payment is done, the flight will be arranged within 3-5 working days.

*Expected to receive within 5 working days after arriving in Malaysia.

*The customer has to add parcel and submit the order to allow the customer service prepare for the customs clearance documents.

*The customer must pay within 1-2 working days.

*If exceeded 30 days storage period, a storage fee of RM1/ parcel will be charged.

*The parcel stored more than 45 days will be destroyed by default.

*According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, depends on the "actual weight" or “volume weight” which one is higher.

*The volume weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= Volume

*Prohibited items: Battery, digital products, liquid, white powder, white liquid and so on.

*Please provide products' photo and amount to our customer service to verify the correct shipping channel.

*The responsibility is borne to the customer if ship prohibited items and cause them to be lost or detained during customs inspection.

*Customers are advised to purchase insurance for the parcel, if any accident happened, fully compensated up to RM50,000, compensation for any damages will depend on the degree of damage.

*If no insurance is purchased, the maximum compensation under the regulations is RM100.

*If the product has been insured, the scope of compensation is for the parcel loss only but not cover any damages.

*To purchase insurance, please provide proof of purchase, outer parcel's and item's photo to our customer service.

*For the customers who have not purchased the cargo insurance, the compensation is followed the freight regulations.

*Please contact our customer service if you need us to pay on behalf.

*If the parcel does not indicate the MP number, USD 5 will be charged as the fee for finding the parcel.

*If cannot provide us any effective message, maybe cannot verify the parcel. Investigation period will be 15 days only.

*Overdue will be considered as not received by local warehouse and we will not bear for any compensation.

Delivery Guide

（1）There will be a parcel inbound update within 2 working days after arriving at the Taiwan warehouse, shipping costs will be provided within 24 hours after the order is placed. (It is estimated that it will arrive at the Malaysia warehouse within 5 working days after the departing date, excluding any uncontrollable factors)
（2）According to the "air freight" standard algorithm, the air freight received is based on "actual weight" or "volume weight", depending on which weight is higher. The volumetric weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/6000= volume
（3）Note: batteries, electronics, liquids, white powder, white liquid goods cannot be transported
*Some goods need to see the volume of transport to determine which channel to use, and customers need to provide detailed product photos and inform the volume of transport, so that customer service can verify the correct transport channel from the airline
（4）Parcel charges is based on 1KG per unit
（5）If the customer does not confirm the details of the goods transportation, please consult our customer service first to confirm the correct channel transportation. If the parcel is lost or detained due to customs clearance, our company will not be responsible.
（6）Suggested proposed an insurance for the parcel, which has been fully reimbursed if lost; If the insurance is not purchased, the maximum compensation for an order is RM 100.

（7）The customer can contact our company to ask about Malaysia-Taiwan pre-payment, we will be able to provide you with a reliable Malaysia-Taiwan payment service!
